Return Policy

This return policy governs your right to return your purchased items back to Nigomart Online Mall. These serve as a contract between us and you. We strongly advice all users to read this before placing order.

Our aim is make you happy with your purchase. If you're not happy and want to return your purchased item back to us, we'll exchange or refund payment back to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order. However we expect all return items to be in its original package, no damage and all parts included.

Under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes products listed as exceptions below.

All listed item on Nigomart has number of days of which return can be allowed clearly display along side with the item price and shipping cost. If your request for return is within the time frame specified you will have a full return. Return all item sold and despatch by Nigomart online mall to

All item that is not Sold and Despatch by Nigomart must be return to the trader address which can be found on the left hand side of the trader home page below navigation bars, please ensure you notified us by email and attach evidence of returning (eg postal receipt) to sales@nigomart.com

Terms & conditions

  • If you're unhappy with your purchase, feel free to inform us. Unless item is faulty, we'd like this to be within the time frame specified on item view page.
  • If you return your item we'll credit your full refund to the original debit, credit or charge card that is used for the purchase.
  • We expect any unwanted item to be returned in a re-saleable condition. This means that all original packaging, labels and parts should be intact, and that it's undamaged and unused.

  • We'll refund any delivery charges you've paid if you return an entire order (only orders despatched within the UK)


Items We're Unable To Cancel, Refund or Exchange
We can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless item is faulty or not as described by seller, on the following items:

  • Products which have been personalised for you unless faulty.
  • Underwear, Bars, Body Creams(including hand creams and lotion), perfume.
  • Perishable goods such as flowers, food and fresh food.
  • Computer software that has been opened or computer software cards that have been redeemed.
  • DVDs or CDS that has been opened.
  • Damaged item.
  • When returned item parts is Uncompleted.
  • Items that is no long in its original pack.
  • Where a product has been specially ordered for you/ pre order

We're unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 48 hours of the order being placed and the order is not yet been despatched. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Liability
Nigomart is not liable for orders we ship that is damaged on transit, We will do our best to secure guarantee in the form of insurance when shipping orders this does not apply to free shipping goods and standard delivery.

Policy Changes and Amendment
We reserve the right to change and amend our policy, contract at any time without giving warning. You are bind with the terms of the contract that is in place at the time you place your order with us.
